This lot has become an annual highlight from Guatemala. The Morales family is a multi-generational coffee farming group, and they've built out an impressive wet mill in the San Pedro Necta Highlands just off one of a narrow, dizzying dirt roads.
They have a wet mill , a large patio for drying , and as of last year built a good size covered drying house with several rows of raised, mesh lined drying tables. It's a tight operation, sizable, and day mill separations allow us to build relatively large blended lots made up of our top selections.
The farm is planted mainly in Bourbon and Caturra , and they operate a Penagos water conserving pulper.
