This coffee represents a blend that is made up of some of the better lots that we cupped from the Timana area of Huila. This was constructed from a very small group of producers, neighboring farms in the region.
They are part of a larger 30+ member association, put together in order to help with production and export of their coffees. Most farms are planted in Caturra, and grown up at 1600+ meters. Processing is done onsite with hand crank pulpers, and the coffee is dried on raised parabolic beds.
